This is the surgery landline which is answered between 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Thursdays, when the practice is on a half-day and the phone is answered between 9am – 12pm. Outside these hours, there is a recorded message providing details of the on call Doctor.
This is the practice on call mobile at which Dr Sloane can be contacted for emergencies both at lunchtimes and when he is on call. When not on call, this number is either switched off or diverted to the practice landline. There is NO facility to accept text messages.
The practice WhatsApp is only used during office hours and when on call. At other times it is either switched off or not monitored. We do not answer WhatsApp calls, and unsolicited messages or images are deleted. We would ask patients to please only send us information when asked to do so.
Email Addresses
We welcome prescription orders by email. Please ensure to provide your name, date of birth and indicate which pharmacy you would like your prescription sent to. Your prescription will be ready for collection a full two (2) working days after order. For any URGENT prescriptions, please ring the practice on 091 595200.
Emails are welcomed from patients, however, please be aware that this is for NON-URGENT matters and replies will take up to five (5) working days. For urgent matters, patient should contact the clinic on 091 595200.
This is the practice email address for businesses and non-clinical correspondence. Prescriptions and patient enquiries should not be sent to this address.
