Request Order
We generally only accept requests for prescriptions in writing. This maximises safety, minimizes error, and provides the highest standard of best practice medical care. Written requests improve patient awareness of their medications, and also reduce the issue of incorrect and unnecessary medications. Prescriptions are normally available in two working days. We are delighted to help any patients who need assistance.
Written Requests
Requests can be posted to the surgery or left in the post box in the foyer.
